I'm 100 percent ashamed to admit that I have never taken a flight from the Chicago Rockford International Airport even though I have heard SO many people raving about how convenient the experience is.

The Chicago Rockford International Airport might not have as many flights and destinations to choose from as Chicago or Milwaukee do, BUT the ones they do have are fabulous...and keep getting better.

New Destinations Added at the Chicago Rockford International Airport

Not too long ago the Chicago Rockford International Airport announced direct flights to Nashville, TN beginning in May 2024...

And now they have added another popular destination to their lineup...Los Angeles, California!

Cheap Flights From Rockford, Illinois to Los Angeles

I just took a look at Allegiant's website and although it doesn't look like we can starting booking flights from Rockford (RFD) to Los Angeles (LAX) yet, one-way flights will kick off at $79 per person. Better keep a close eye on flyrfd.com for when these flights to Los Angeles officially open for booking!
