Rock River Valley Blood Center Needs Blood

When was the last time you donated blood? If it has been a while, the Rock River Valley Blood Center could use your help. 

When the holidays come around, people are always gone or busy with family activities. The donations for blood then becomes low. If you are wanting to help out a great cause, make sure to donate blood after the 4th.

It is very simple and doesn't take a lot of time. I am o negative, which means my blood can be used by anyone. I take pride in knowing that I can help someone out in a time of need.
