Operation Stateline Selfie

It's no secret that the stateline area has found itself on some less than appealing lists in the past. I say, forget that! It's time to show this stateline some love!

I am now issuing you a challenge we're calling, "Operation Stateline Selfie."

Snap a selfie with something you love about the stateline area, and email it to me at Shannon.Zimmerman@townsquaremedia.com. I will then include it in a photo gallery full of stateline love.

Steve and I will get things started with our favorite thing about Rockford. We may be a bit biased, but I think you get the point.

I forgot to mention that there's a reward for playing our game. A random winner will be chosen from everyone who sends us their selfie to win a pair of tickets to join us for Q98.5 day at Country Thunder to see Miranda Lambert and more on Friday, July 25th. That way we can all show off our stateline pride together! (The deadline to submit your pic will be Tuesday, July 8th.)

One final note. We are proud of the city we live in, so if you send us any negative or dirty pics they will not be posted, and you will not be in the running to win the tickets. We can't be having anyone talking trash about our city. We all call this home, let's be proud!
