It's C-O-L-D outside, again. Thank you, Mother Nature. It's too cold to play outside. It's too cold to go anywhere. The kids have already watched their favorite movies and shows multiple times and refuse to watch them again. Now what? If you are a parent who is at their wit's end and just as stir crazy as your kids, here's some help.

I went on a search for some fun indoor activities to do with kids that don't require a trip to the store for supplies. Here's one of my favorites that I found: 12 Fun Ideas For Spending a Winter Day Indoors.

After reading that you may be thinking the same thing I did, "Duh! Why didn't I think of that stuff?" Sometimes we all just need a little reminder, but it did get me thinking. Those are fun ideas, but I bet we can up the fun factor a bit.

For that, let's take some inspiration from Kidabaloo, the super fun kid event happening next Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the Hononegah High School Dome in Rockton. Besides bouncy castles, lots of music, and super activities for the kids, the event also features a bubble dance party!  I don't know about your kids, but my daughter super loves bubbles, and it would blow her mind to have a practice bubble dance party in our home to her favorite song, "Shake It Off" by Taylor Swift.

Or, take playing dress up to the next level with your mini princesses. Make a day of "designing" her very own Cinderella dress, (using things you already own) and tell her she can show it off in person to Cinderella herself next weekend at Kidabaloo! You will be a hero, and she will be ecstatic!

Hope these ideas help, and that you find a way to stay warm and have fun with your littles! Don't forget to buy your Kidabaloo tickets now by clicking the button below. See you next weekend!
