True Heroes in song. Imagine being four years old traveling to a hair appointment and getting trapped in an elevator with your mother and baby brother. It happened to a little girl in Reading, Massachusetts. Her name was Kaelyn and of course she became very frightened when she realized she was trapped in an elevator shaft.

When the firefighters arrived, one of the firefighters began talking to the child about the hit Disney movie "Frozen" to try to get her mind off her situation. It worked! Then one of other firefighters played the famous song from the film, "Let It Go," on his cell phone. Soon, they were both serenading Kaelyn. Myette and his partner John Keough sang along with the music to calm Kaelyn down....and it worked!

"It worked," Keough told Fox television in Boston. "We got her to a point where she was comfortable with us and up the ladder we went, right up and over, no problem."

The family was stuck for about 30 minutes. These guys are true heroes!
