It has been an exciting year for ACM/CMA/CMT-nominated country duo, Love And Theft. They were nominated for Vocal Duo of The Year for the third consecutive year at the 2014 CMA awards, and in February of this year they are set to release their boundary-pushing new album, Whiskey On My Breath. Having already established themselves as one of country’s hottest young acts with such memorable hits as the #1 country smash “Angel Eyes” and the Top 10 hit “Runaway,” and their widely acclaimed albums World Wide Open and Love and Theft, Stephen Barker-Liles and Eric Gunderson – the singer-songwriter-guitarists-frontmen of Love and Theft – set out to make an album of meaningful songs and honest performances for their third record. Although several of the songs on the album are a departure in many respects, Whiskey On My Breath won’t come as that much of a surprise to Love and Theft’s longtime fans, who’ll recognize the commitment to high-energy performances and emotionally forthright song craft that’s been the foundation of Love and Theft’s music from the start.
