Tis the season of getting sick am I right? We've all been there, you feel a cold coming on, you do everything you can to fight it, but then one morning you wake up and your head feels like a brick and you can't breathe. Maybe you're one of the lucky ones who has a cold that lasts for a few days. Or maybe you're like the unlucky ones to get a month-long cold that just won't seem to go away.

You've drunk all the tea, taken all the vitamin C, drained the nasal spray, and you're slowly getting covered in a pile of tissues, so what's left to try? If you're like me when you're sick, you'll try anything, so try this out next time.

According to several studies, listening to music might help shorten that cold. It's been discovered that certain types of music can boost your immune system. Bustle details - 

Both jazz and dance music have been shown to increase the level of antibodies in listeners' bodies — in other words, they boost the efficacy of the immune system — while the latter also helps to decrease the level of stress hormone cortisol.
