Chicago Cubs closing relief pitcher Aroldis Chapman will soon be returning to the New York Yankees and be a very rich man to boot.

For those who expect the Cubs to look exactly the same in 2017, sorry to report that will not happen as more trades are being made and even more are expected in the off season.

Fox News is reporting that Chapman come to the agreement in what is considered to be the highest priced contract ever for a relief pitcher. Chapman is expected to sign a five year contract worth an estimated $86 million.

This shatters the previous record for a relief pitcher. Just two days ago, Mark Melancon signed with San Francisco. He inked a four year deal worth $62 million.
