I've used the services at both WM and B Alms, when it was High Maintenance, and I had superb service and it horrible. Maybe I have a higher threshold for pain, but honestly, it's really not that bad.

Here's a tip: if you take a couple of Advil or Ibuprofen about an hour to thirty minutes before your appointment and chew gum during the waxing, you'll be fine.
