Worst Dad ever? You decide as Kids fall on Ice while dad watches (VIDEO)

Is this funny or sadistic? Yes, just days ago here in The stateline we were slipping and falling on ice, and will be again soon as the weather cools later this week. So, I don't need to remind you how painful it is when you land on your behind after a slip on the ice. Now comes the strangest video I've come across all week. Watch as a dad sits in his car videotaping school kids as they fall on the ice one after another at a school. Funny or sick? Could this guy be the 2014 Father of the year?
