This morning on my drive into work I was really wishing I could have parked my car and took a walk along the path that runs through the Kishwaukee Forest Perserve. Fall and the changing leaves are so pretty perfect to take those leisure walks. Plus, there's another great benefit to them. It's a free therapy to de-stress yourself.
