The ongoing Salmonella outbreak that's been concerning to Illinois residents and the entire country has grown from 592 infections to 652, and has added another state reporting infections, making it now 37 states being affected.

Earlier this week, we told you about the multi-state Salmonella outbreak, and how of the 29 states reporting cases of Salmonellosis, Illinois had the third most behind Texas and Oklahoma. Those numbers have now grown.

I know. The headline would leave the average reader with the impression that they might get some cash simply because they bought chicken in Rockford. That would be laughable...if it weren't absolutely true.
