Google Trends shows Super Bowl pizza searches soar in Delaware, with Michigan, Pennsylvania and Illinois trailing, as surprising states battle for game day pizza glory.

If there's one thing that Illinois and the rest of the country have in common, it's an incredibly large assortment of pizza joints to choose from. A new study says that of all Illinois' pizza places, these two were included in a list of the best 22 pizza joints from across the nation.

With all the incredible pizza joints we have in Illinois, I'm surprised that only two Illinois spots made the list of the best 22 in the country. Illinois has so many places you can get pizza that it would take you 8.2 years if you wanted to visit one every day.

Just imagine being known as the "Pizza Sauce Karen" for the rest of your life. It's not exactly the legacy you want to leave behind, is it?

It may not seem like a big deal but all it takes is one pizza box to ruin a whole bunch of recyclables.
