Kentucky’s Favorite Hot Brown
After posting the recipe yesterday for Poutine, those french fries smothered in brown gravy with melted cheese curds, I got to thinking about different foods I've tried when on vacation.
The brown gravy of Poutine reminded me of the gravy and cheese covered Hot Brown I tried in Lexington, KY.
Ever heard of it? It's a Kentucky favorite, invented by the chef of the Brown Hotel in Louisville.
