With Halloween just a few short days away you might still be thinking about what costume you will wear. Well, this might help sway your decision.

Let's have a spelling contest. Based on a new list released by Google Trends, I know the words I wouldn't want anyone in Missouri, Illinois or Iowa to spell for me. However, if you laugh as hard as I did at these, your day will at least be better.

I recently stumbled upon an article from 2017 that talked about things that residents of each state had been Googling. In specific, the piece shared what each state typed in after the words "Why Do."

In some commercials, you'll hear the words "Your results may vary." Think of those words when you look over the results of a recent state-by-state study of kids and their favorite children's books.

I think this is one of those scenarios where what we talk about, and what we search for on Google, are wildly different things.

Super Bowl Sunday is great for a lot of reasons. There's obviously the big game, but then there's the food. OMG the food. It's one of the best food days of the whole year. I think I know why it's so delicious, it's because it's basically a buffet of appetizers...

Although, given the current COVID-19 mess we're still dealing with, we might not get to eat any of these things this fair season.

Google Trends put together a map of the most common "How do you spell ..." searches in every state so far this year. How are we doing in Illinois? Beautiful.

This year, Americans are expected to spend $14.8 billion on the game, for an average of $81.30 per person, with much of that spending on food and drink, according to the National Retail Federation.
