What considerations do you need to make when calling the place you live the "best?"

There are two amazing facts I've learned today. First, 2 of America's top 10 richest towns are in Illinois. Second, one of those towns is also Ferris Buehler's hometown. Buehler!

Some towns in Illinois have a little more sass to them than others do.

I accidentally stumbled upon this one last night and I was completely surprised.
