The Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants series is officially over. The Cubs won game 4 in dramatic fashion but there's a server somewhere in Chicago that was wishing for the Giants to come back to Chicago for game 5.

Last time I checked, cash, in US dollars, was a form of legal tender in the United States, but in Rockford, that is not always the case. Especially when it comes to government.

Today, a Rockford senior citizen received a call about winning a large sum of money and was instructed by the caller to send money to someone in order to collect money she "supposedly" won.
