Sweet Sounds Fill Anderson Japanese Gardens This Summer

Tuesday Evening in the Gardens continues through Aug. 26 at Anderson Japanese Gardens, 318 Spring Creek Road, in Rockford.

The event features a different musical act every Tuesday night. Admission is free for Anderson Japanese Garden Members. Admission for those who aren't members is $5 for adults, $3 for teens and free for ages 12 and younger.

All performances begin at 6:30 p.m. The remaining schedule includes performances by if graziano & beatmerchants on July 1, Trapper Schoepp and Austin Lucas on July 8, Anthony & The Tramps on July 15, Lily & Madeleine and Hiroya Tsukamoto on July 22, Whiskey Farm and Rock & Roll Institute on July 29, Caroline Smith and Olivia Dvorak on Aug. 5, The Pines on Aug. 12, Jodi Beach Trio on Aug. 19 and Harlan Jefferson on Aug. 26.
