Pumpkin Bowling And More

When it comes to sledding; a good sled, a good hill, & some friends is all you need to have some fun! Dekalb is trying to help with the good hill portion of that. Dekalb is hosting the grand opening of Hopkins Park Sled Hill this weekend! They are inviting you to come out for a day of pumpkin bowling, uphill races,cardboard sledding, hay rides, and more!

Even if we don't get enough snow to make for good sledding, if you can sled on grass on cardboard, just imagine how much fun it'll be once the snow actually sticks! Just make sure to bring your own cardboard if you plan on attending.

Same goes for the pumpkin bowling. If you're looking for a fun way to get rid of that pumpkin, take a shot at pumpkin bowling. I have done turkey bowling, ham bowling, regular bowling, but never pumpkin bowling, this may have to change this year.
