Perfect Pancakes

OK, Foodies. Here's a question: How do make the perfect pancake?

This past Saturday morning I was hungry for pancakes. I had no mix in the house so I looked on line and found a recipe for Easy Pancakes.

My attempt was fair but they didn't look as good as you see in the restaurants or even when my Dad used to make them. He made it look so easy. They were edible. In fact they were tasty.

I just want to know how to make good ones. Do you have any tips?
