Minute Maid has debuted a new ad just in time for Mother's Day and Father's Day that shows how kids really feel about their parents and the job they are doing. Better grab the tissues now.

One thing I know for certain is that along with the title of "parent" comes all consuming love, joy, and worry. We do the best we can, but that nasty doubt and guilt always weasels itself in. Are we doing things right? Are our kids happy? Do I show them enough how much I love them and how special they are? Have I given them the foundation for a successful life? The answer is yes, even if it is hard to believe, and this new Minute Maid ad proves it quite well.

The National Retail Federation says Mother's Day spending will be at record highs this year, with an average of $172.63 being spent on Mom. I say, save some of that money. Not that Mom doesn't deserve a fabulous gift, but I can pretty much guarantee near 100% of Moms would love to read about the difference they have made in your life, more than smell the pretty roses you bought them. Sometimes Mom and Dad need to hear that everything is going to be o.k. too.
