Look at this Cantaloupe

Look at this cantaloupe my Mom gave me from their garden.

It smells like cantaloupe. It tastes like cantaloupe. It certainly doesn't look like cantaloupe.The weird thing is it is a cantaloupe.

It had the tan, brain-like bumpy outer shell, yet when I cut it open it was green instead of the peach color. It looks more like a honeydew.

By the way, the green flesh isn't unripe melon either. It's soft and juicy as a ripe cantaloupe should be.

Have you ever saw this before?

My Mom wasn't sure if it was seeds or why it turned out this way.

A Mutant cantaloupe I guess. ????

Pretty weird, but it tastes good.
