I wanted to give you a heads-up about spiders. If you haven't already, there's a good chance you're going to see more and more spiders crawling around inside your home. Don't worry, you're not alone. It's happening all over Illinois. That's because it's spider season in our state. You don't have to spend a bunch of money on an exterminator because it's natural.

It's funny because just like humans, many animals and creatures head indoors when the summer ends and the weather gets colder. The same goes for spiders. They have no desire to be outside as the season changes. That means you're going to start seeing them a lot more.

There's no reason to be afraid. Yes, there are some poisonous spiders in Illinois but the majority of them won't hurt you. The creatures aren't going to attack you. In fact, they are actually helpful. They will kill the other bugs that are annoying, for example, flies. If you want to try and stop them from coming in, then make sure your doors and windows are properly sealed.
