What Is Dope?

It has a few different meanings but these are the ones that fit this situation. Basically, what my buddy is saying is he does dumb things because he's high. The guy I'm going to tell you about fits this description perfectly.

According to google.com,

A drug taken illegally for recreational purposes, especially marijuana.

A stupid person.

So this genius got busted not once but twice in just two years for growing pot. Both times, he planted the weed in his yard for all to see. That's unbelievable or maybe not, depending on who you ask.

According to patch.com,

His first arrest happened in August of 2022 at his home in Elmhurst.

An Elmhurst resident was arrested this week after officers found out he had marijuana plants growing in his backyard, police said.

The plants were in public view, with Loria admitting he planted them, police said.

According to patch.com,

Pot Growing Arrest Number Two

The second bust happened just a little over a year later. It was pretty much the same exact scenario. Maybe, he was so stoned he forgot what happened.

For the second year in a row, an Elmhurst man was arrested for illegally growing marijuana in his yard, local police said.

The plants in his yard were visible to the public, police said.
