We already know Illinois is considered one of the worst places to live in America, so what could it possibly be now?

Where did Illinois rank on the list?  It made the TOP 10... that has to say something about the Prairie State, right?

Wisconsin came in #5! That Spotted Cow really hits different in the winter.

North Dakota must be feeling some type of way right now because they came in at #1 making it the WORST state for winter.  Ouch!

Now for Illinois.... *DRUM ROLL*

Illinois was ranked #9.  Not "too" bad, but at least it's not number one.

You know you hate the blizzards we get here.  The amount of time it takes to warm up your car and let your windshield defrost is horrible.  Half the time it's so cold out I can't even see out my windows!!!

Why can't we all just be like Florida and be sunny, warm, and a little bit rainy year around?  Even during their cold months it's still extremely hot - must be nice.
