Whether you're trying to break a bad habit, trying to get out of your comfort zone, or just want to have a long-term goal for 2024, New Year's Resolutions are always a great way to kick off a new year.

Personally, I want to be advanced in pool and shuffleboard. I have been playing both every day for the past month and I have improved so much! It takes a lot of strategy and patience for both sports, so I wanted to test my limitations going into 2024.

Resolutions don't always have to be big and extravagant - that's why I chose smaller goals to accomplish to make myself feel more accomplished!

Every state was studied and majority of states in America said they want to improve their fitness. Other popular resolutions around the country were these:

38% said they would like to improve their finances.
36% said they want to improve their mental health.
34% said they would like to lose weight.
32% said they would like to improve their diet.
