In River Grove, a man is a million dollars richer after running errands for his wife made him quite a bit of money. He stopped at a Shell Gas Station while picking up a drink for his wife and decided to buy a few scratch offs, including a $10 Jumbo Bucks ticket.
He made his purchases, headed home, and scratched the tickets to reveal a million dollar win. The luck this man had! What are the odds?!
“When I saw I’d won a million dollars, I couldn’t believe it,” he said. “I was in total shock—and my wife was even more surprised than I was. She didn’t believe me until I scanned the ticket with the app. Even then, she thought I was joking.” [newsnationnow]

According to the Illinois Lottery, he actually claimed one of the biggest payouts for a Jumbo Bucks game. Whoa! Not bad for a quick gas station stop.
