Best Breakfast Spots In The Rockford Area You Need To Try
There are only a few things that can get me out of bed quickly on a weekend, and one of them is getting a text that says, "Brunch or breakfast?" Throw in a mimosa or two, and suddenly I'm awake, dressed, and out the door in record time.
The past weekend, I was determined to try somewhere new. I told myself I wasn't going to fall back on my usual favorites. No Ned's Diner. No Norwegian. It was time to branch out and give another Rockford-area breakfast spot a chance.
Well, that thought lasted about five minutes.
The next thing I knew, I was sitting at The Norwegian with a mimosa flight in front of me, wondering why I ever thought about going anywhere else. Sometimes your favorite spots become favorites for a reason! It's hard to argue with great food and brunch cocktails.
