What to Expect

Discovery Center has partnered with the Winnebago-Boone Farm Bureau to bring you a “farm-tastic” day. Visitors can chat with local farmers, get up close and personal with live barnyard babies, and even make and sample butter. There will also be opportunities to learn how to make a worm bin and sprout house, as well as get the scoop on soil.

In addition to all of these exciting activities, there will be cute crafts, earth-loving activities, and eye-opening information about agriculture. Don’t forget to wear your bandana, work boots, and bib overalls to really get into the farming spirit.
