It's Friday Eve! Now that should make you happy. It sure does me. Knowing the weekend is almost here!
However, if seeing the overcast skies this morning makes you feel a little down here's 9 things that will make you feel happy in 30 minutes.1.Raise your activity level. Small exercises to get your heart rate up. Like standing up and pacing while on the phone.
2.Take a walk outside. Just 10 minutes taking in the sunlight helps.
3.Reach out. Send an e-mail, text, or phone a friend or family member.
4. Rid yourself of a nagging task. Make that call to the dentist or doctor that you've been putting off.
5. Create a more serene environment. Get rid of clutter. arrange your paperwork, take care or your bills.
6. Do a good deed.
7. Save someone's life.
8. Act happy. Fake it 'til you feel it.
9. Learn something new.
