Fair Time is The Right Time

It's county fair time in the Stateline. There are so many memories to make during August. All you have to do is go the Boone County Fair or Winnebago County Fair. Here are a few memories I'm looking forward to.

In addition to seeing little kids walking around with cute stuff animals bigger than they are, I love seeing families experiencing the fair together.

The conversations, the laughter, and the happy face on a winning county fair queen. The fresh foods like hot corndogs on a stick, curly fries, pork chop sandwiches from the 4H Building, and cheese curds. I love the live country music, the destructive demo derbies, pony rides and more.

Oh yeah, the smells that I cannot describe here, but you know which animals it's coming from.
