Biggest Loser coming back to Rockford for RunWalk

If you're like me, you are inspired by the show. Now we have the chance to join in the movement. The Biggest Loser RunWalk is coming back to Rockford June 14, 2014 to Davis Park. This year, a portion of proceeds from this year's race will be donated to Rock River Valley Pantry. Dan and Jackie Evans from the show will be back with special surprises. Here's how to join in. The Biggest Loser RunWalk Rockford includes a Half Marathon/5k/Kids 1 Mile Fun Run. It's a race for all fitness levels so join in the fun at The Biggest Loser RunWalk!

Join Bobby Saleem and Tanya Winfield from Season 15, and Dan & Jackie Evans from Season 5 in downtown Rockford starting at Davis Park. Online registration is open for this event through the evening of June 11, 2014. If the race has not sold out, walk up registration at Packet Pick-up will be available June 13, 2014.

This is great encouragement, not only for those trying to take control of their weight and health, but also for the Stateline and downtown Rockford. Bravo to event and local organizers.
