Big Question Answered About Walmart Pickup Service

I decided to try the new grocery pickup service from Walmart, and it changed my life, but it did leave me with one major question. Should I tip the personal shopper who brings the groceries to my car?

Here's the facts; I'm a busy mother of two who hates taking my kiddos grocery shopping with me. Honestly, I have always hated grocery shopping, I just hate it even more when I have to take the kids with me. When I heard about Walmart's new grocery pickup service, I automatically thought, "sounds wonderful, but what's the catch?" I learned over the weekend THERE IS NO CATCH. It's a free service that was so perfectly executed, I automatically fell in love.

I ordered nearly $170 worth of groceries via the Walmart Grocery app, and was totally expecting something to be forgotten or messed up. There wasn't a single mistake! If something is out of stock, Walmart gives you a similar substitution with no changes to your order total. From start to finish, the whole pickup process took less than 5 minutes; even my three-year-old was amazed.

I'd be lying if I said I still don't feel a tad lazy for taking advantage of this brilliant service, but I'd rather have my kids screaming in my car as opposed to the store. Plus, you get the benefit of Walmart's low prices, without dealing with the craziness inside.  It's a parent's dream come true!

As I pulled out of the parking lot still beaming about the life-changing discovery I had just made, I then thought; "Crap! Was I supposed to tip? Am I the jerk that just stiffed the hard-working Walmart personal shopper?" I automatically hit up Google to discover this on the Walmart website;

Whew! My conscience feels much better now, but should I try to tip them anyway next time? They are saving me so much time and headache by doing what they do, and I love them for it.
