Belvidere North: What It’s Like On The Losing Side [Video]

Winning is always easy and obviously more fun, but the reality is in sports and life, not everyone can always be on the winning side. Life must go on and you must move forward.

We all get to see what it is like to be on winning side, but from a coach's perspective, as a leader, one of the toughest parts of your job is address those who look up to you after a loss.

A coach's job is incredibly difficult and time consuming. I got to give it to Belvidere North's Coach Beck on his inspiring words after last year's tough loss to Boylan.

The average sports fan usually never gets to hear this, check out the video as we take you into the player huddle after the loss.
