For a cool $8.4 million dollars, you can own Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, Wisconsin. I remember seeing The Rolling Stones, Phil Collins, Rod Stewart and many others there. Here's how much it will cost you each month.

Stan Johnson Company, an affiliate of Milwaukee's Zilber Property Group, has listed the property for a mere $8.4 million.

Each month, the annual rent is a $675,000, and comes with “no landlord responsibilities for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the property for the duration of the lease term,” the listing notes.

The 198-acre venue is currently operated by music promoter Live Nation, which has about five-and-a-half years left on the lease.

So far, Jimmy Buffett, Kiss and Def Leppard have performed at Alpine Valley Music Theatre this year. Those are the only two shows booked there this summer.

With seating of 37,000, Alpine Valley is the second largest Amphitheatre in the United States.

I can't remember the last time I was at Alpine Valley for a concert, or for skiing.

I guess I should have gone there more.

If you buy it, let me know. Maybe Garth Brooks will want to add one more show for the Stateline.
