May is National Mobility Awareness Month and a local mother and her son who is disabled could benefit greatly from a handicap accessible van. I already voted to help out and you can too, it's really easy.

Zane Marzorati is a 7-year-old boy from Beloit who has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. Zane's mom says  "His legs and arms are affected. He has never walked or crawled. He needs assistance with nearly everything. (dressing, bathing, feeding, toileting, etc) He can however sing on his own & he’s a fantastic singer. He loves going to church, watching baseball, and meeting new people. He is witty and loving. He has the biggest smile, and an even bigger heart." The National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association is giving away at least four customized wheelchair accessible vehicles. Zane's mother nominated him as a local hero. From the sounds of things, Zane and his mom have been through quite a lot.

As a father of two boys, I do everything I can to give them both a great life. If you'd do the same, please take a few seconds and vote for Zane. His mother asking for help tells me that she is trying to give him everything she can. Read Zane's entire story and please vote for him and his mom.
