The litigation states that Individuals may receive between $10 to $20, entities may receive between $280-$560.
Now, there was nothing wrong with the actual milk you purchased, but the cash payouts are due to an anti-trust settlement currently being litigated. The reason for the lawsuit is scary, according to the Huffington Post

Major United States dairy producers will pay $52 million to settle an antitrust class-action lawsuit accusing them of slaughtering more than 500,000 cows to reduce milk supply and inflate prices.

  • Vermont
  • West Virginia
