Winter Market Dates In Rockford Announced

Rockford City Market season is coming soon and they have just announced some of the dates. The Winter markets will happen first. Normal markets are around May to October but the Winter markets will kick off in April. On April 5th the first one will have Josh Cohen playing. The next one will be April 12th and 13th, featuring music by Cole Brandt Friday and Andrew Robinson on Saturday.  Saturday April 20th the market will be open again with music from Steve McClanahan.

Heading into may it looks like May 3rd will be the next date with music by Dan Maguire. Saturday May 11th is the last date listed so far with music from Kristin Scholz. last year I got a chance to check out the market before they closed for the season and I have to say I loved it. Arts, crafts, food trucks and vendors. If you want to see what else is going on just go to Rockfordcitymarket.com. It's a great family friendly event for everyone and personally I can't wait until April. At least it will be a bit warmer out there.
