Q98.5 has been having a blast spotlighting Stateline smalltowns in our feature feature called Smalltown Throwdown on Youtube. Sometimes bigger towns were once small towns. DeKalb, is one such town.If you attended NIU in DeKalb as I did or have resided in the town known for it's corn research, you will notice a drastic difference in the town from 1967 to today.
