• Friday Night Flix - FINAL NIGHT - Friday, gates open at 7p.m., Movie begins at 8:45p.m. - Davis Park in downtown Rockford - Feature presentation: "Monsters University" - BMO Harris Bank Center is backup location in case of rain.
• Dekalb Corn Fest - Friday through Sunday - Downtown Dekalb on Lincoln Highway between 1st and 4th Streets - Admission and shows are free, $5 for entrance into the soundstage area - For complete lineup of entertainment go to cornfest.com.

• Labor Day Parade - Monday, 10a.m. - Downtown Rockford - Starts at 7th Steet, travels to East State, ends at Davis Park on Wyman Street - Complete parade details here.
