Watch Illinois’ Dennis Hastert Report to Prison

Just plain sad, he was once second in line to the presidency, today Illinois' Dennis Hastert reported to prison to serve his sentence.

Plano resident and former U.S. House Speaker from Illinois pleaded guilty to a financial crime linked to alleged decades-old sex abuse. He will be inmate #47991.

In prison he will face daily humiliation, like strip searches.

Hastert, now 74, was accused of molesting at least four boys over three decades ago during his time as a wrestling coach at an Illinois high school. He is expected to serve at least a year for the financial crimes and is also required to register as a sex offender and pay a $250,000 fine.
