How has the Stateline changed throughout the years? Quite a bit. Check out the new Timelapse from Google.
Timelapse will let you see a time lapse of different satellite photos over the last 32 years. Basically it is global, zoomable video that lets you see how the Earth has changed. According to Google, it is
Made from 33 cloud-free annual mosaics, one for each year from 1984 to 2016, which are made interactively explorable by Carnegie Mellon University CREATE Lab’s Time Machine library, a technology for creating and viewing zoomable and pannable timelapses over space and time. It all works using Google Earth and wonderful photos over the years.
