Have you ever done jumping jacks or box jumps at the gym and a little pee came out?

Did you almost poop your pants when you were doing some barbell squats? Maybe you've passed a little gas when you were doing crunches?

It's OK if you did, it's totally normal. We put our bodies through a tremendous amount of stress and it's just a natural reaction to repetitive movements that put pressure on your bowels.

And that's the worst that could happen when you're doing just a simple squat or crunch. Imagine if you were put in a choke hold. The thought alone makes you want to poop yourself; especially if it's Felice Herrig, a UFC fighter from Crystal Lake, putting you in that choke hold.

According to TMZ, Herrig had UFC's Justine Kish in a "rear naked choke" when Kish's bowels gave out and she shat all over the octagon.

Caution: If you have a sensitive gag reflex, this may be difficult to watch.


Do you smell that? That's the smell of victory. (Throws up a little in mouth)
