Having more stress actually creates more negative effects on the body which included more symptoms in allergy sufferers. You may have more headaches and itchy watery eyes, etc.

So what can we do to reduce stress? Avoid caffeine and smoking. Also change you lifestyle to include more relaxation time, exercise, change up our diet and importantly get the proper amount of sleep.
