Brookfield Zoo is one of the best zoos in Illinois.

What makes it even better is when you can visit it for free.

If you go on these select days all you'll pay for is parking to attend.

Cool! Now that really helps on the pocketbook, especially after the Christmas holiday.

With your credit card bills rolling in sometimes that will leave a little less for spending on family fun during this month and February.

The Brookfield Zoo is here to help by offering free admission on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays now through February 28th. All you have to pay for is parking.

Well that seems like a fair trade.

Here's  how much coin you'll save going on these winter days. According to Brookfield Zoo's website, general zoo admission is $21.95 for adults and $15.95 for kids between the ages of 3 years to 11 years old.
