Two Belvidere Students Competing at World Tumbling Championships

Hard work and afternoons spent at the Gymnastics Academy of Rockford are paying off for Belvidere teenagers Reghan Brands and Asa Taylor, who are currently in Denmark getting ready to compete at the World Tumbling Championships.

This year marks the third trip to the Worlds for Reghan Brand, but the first for Asa Taylor who says he is ready to "get up there and let them know I'm here".

Personally, I have been following Asa's tumbling journey for years now through his parents who are long-time friends of my family, so we are all cheering for him to kick some major butt at Worlds! Reghan, you're gonna rock this too! We're all looking forward to seeing the victory pictures very, very soon!
