Big man Trace Adkins enjoys a big country music career, and now he will hit your television again. Which TV series will he pop up in?

Country music star Trace Adkins has just signed on for a role in the TV series The Night Shift to help promote Wounded Warrior Project. Trace Adkins has been in films and television before proving the fact that acting has been another passion for the Louisiana native. This of course reached its peak with his appearances on Celebrity Apprentice (which he won in 2004) and Celebrity Apprentice All-Stars, but his next role just might be his most important yet.

Adkins will guest on the NBC medical drama The Night Shift where he will be playing a military veteran, a role that seems like a good fit for Atkins based on his real life role as a spokesperson for the Wounded Warrior project.
