Theft Leads To Three Arrests, Ridiculous Mugshot in Janesville

Janesville Police arrested three individuals July 13 for theft from motor vehicles in the 1200 block of Grant Ave. The items recovered were small electronics, along with wallets and purses. The mugshot of one of those arrested will stay with us forever.

Those arrested were Dalton Garrity, Victoria Rogers and Kristopher Beeman. According to the police report, Garrity, Rogers and Beeman were charged with five counts of theft. Garrity and Beeman also were charged with obstructing a police officer and underage consumption of alcohol.

Stealing, drinking underage, and obstructing a police officer, is not funny. It will never be. I also feel for those who had their things stolen. It's happened to all of us at one time or another and is one of the worst feelings in the world.

That being said, Kristopher Beeman is a front-runner for "mugshot of the year" for 2014.
