The Most Hated NFL Football Team in the World [Map]

This is not exactly the most scientific study, but you got to admit, the results seem accurate.

People really hate the Patriots, and deflate-gate certainly did not earn the team any love.

A poll conducted by NFL Reddit and shared by CBSSports.com shows what fans in each state view as their most-hated NFL team. On the map below you can see that much of the hate is based on long-time, geographical rivals.

CNS Sports reports that on this map, created by Kyle McCrum, the New England Patriots are the most-hated team in the United States when it comes to the all-important Electoral College.

The Patriots earned most-hated status in:

• New York
• Florida
• Indiana

Giving the team 69 NFL Hate Electoral Votes.

Coming at number 2: The Seattle Seahawks who carried

• California
• Nevada
• Utah

It's Interesting to note, and by no means a surprise, the Packers are the most hated team in Illinois and Minnesota, while the Chicago Bears are the most hated team in Wisconsin and Michigan.
