IL Governor Bruce Rauner just signed a bill allowing judges to decide if gun ownership rights should be removed from an individual and the reason is hard to argue.
This November Illinoisans will get to vote yes or no to legalize marijuana. Should Illinois pass this, be aware, there's a bit of a problem by doing so.
Yesterday the Illinois Senate had three bills they were looking at that dealt with the banning and surrendering of firearms. One of the three bills passed with no revisions. The other two passed but have some things that need to be amended.
